Incoterms

Incoterms 2000 include thirteen trade clauses, which contain provisions on the delimitation of the obligations of the parties under the sales contract. Most are used in international trade. With their proper use, the companies can avoid misunderstandings and costs, which often result from lack of defined rights and duties of the parties.
